Die Casting Parts

The sPINner has the following effects on Die Casting parts

•         Removing small molding burrs. The pins are small and can reach even holes or splits.

•         Rounding sharp edges and make the parts smooth.

•         Makeing the surface more uniform. Improve the blisters issue during electroplating.

•         Can grind inner and outer of the part consistently. Improve the color difference issue during electroplating.

•         Making patterns or texts clearer after electroplating.

＊Clamping line or big molding burrs are not able to be removed.
